Quince flavour paste with chamoy flavour can be used in the simplest yet satisfying, desserts (fruit salads, filling for sweets and cakes) and as the basis for sweet and spicy sauces, and for cooking.

TIP: Cut the paste into bite-sized chunks and serve with small chunks of sweet yellow cheese.
